We rely on true artisan baking methodology. Our group of talented bakers shape all of our breads by hand and use only the necessary ingredients without relying on the help of industrial processing aids and without using unnecessary additives or preservatives. We all aspire to create deep flavors through traditional methods of highly controlled fermentation.  Someone smart once said, "good things come to those who wait".  This tedious process enables our bread to naturally capture the spirit of every ingredient resulting in easily digestible bread that is full of flavor, aroma and love.
